Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Supporting patients in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Observing and recording patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective care.
• Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 weeks’ experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within the NHS.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
