Requirements and skills

• Strong skills in providing one-on-one support to students, addressing specific learning challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
• Expertise in implementing positive behavior management strategies and resolving conflicts in an educational setting.
• Ability to adapt and modify learning materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Proficiency in assisting with student assessments, providing valuable feedback, and contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
